Oxbury Bank are tops for communication

Oxbury's communications and monthly updates have been second to none. I opened 4 different savings accounts at the same time and only Oxbury have continuously on a monthly basis kept me informed about the account. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Avoid at all cost

The Bank of England have upped the base rate eight times in a row. Oxbury customers have missed out. Variable rate accounts have been treated as fixed rate. Oxbury have issued new accounts to attract new customers, but haven't passed on the improved rates to investors who may have been with them for years. It's a disreputable way to run a bank and out of step with their competitors. Avoid this horrible little bank at all costs. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2022
