PP 12-06-2026 Cheque deposit refusal

The bank wont accept cheques sent in teh post, this is a restriction as other bansk charge for transferring money electronically. This should be a basic banking function; the public should not be pushed into using online or telephone banking as it introduces fraud risk which this MOP wont accept. As a result, Oxbury lost my custom Reviewed on: 12th June 2026

I find HSBC to be unhelpful when i visit the branch. The other banks i bank with are much more helpful, but HSBC just dont seem to want to help. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
