Cinema vouchers don't work. Support a joke.

2 Odeon cinema voucher codes have not worked. Contacting Vitality customer support is the most frustrating experience ever. I have sent countless messages and they act like they don't understand my simple query. When giving them the message references they give me, for some reason this is not enough for them to know who I am or what my query is about. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Shockingly bad, even for an insurance company

Vitality will do everything they can to delay your claim. Maybe they think if they continuously delay you will get fed up and use the NHS instead. Delaying tactics they have used: Repeatedly asking for the consultants letter which they have been sent multiple times. Claiming they have never received it despite getting confirmation emails and verbal confirmation that it was received. Asking your consultant to complete an additional form. Asking your GP to complete a form, for which you will have to pay. Promising to call you back but never call. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Horrendous company DO NOT USE. Used through my work 'benefit' package, and treatment is declined for no reason. Having to follow legal route and reported to FCA poor practise and acting in bad faith. It honestly feels like a scam to make money out of innocent people. will not be using again and have informed my work how atrocious everything about Vitality is. Amazing health insurance!

Vitality goes above and beyond - not only does it offer good quality health insurance, but it rewards you for exercising and gives you great advice on how to improve both your mental/physical health. It also offers health checks which is fantastic! I love the free Cafe Nero drinks/discounted food and free cinema tickets (plus other benefits). Overall - no complaints! Interesting side benefits which add value

As a health insurance plan it seems to focus on getting people into healthier habits and prevention. But it seems the implementation is not always the best and sometimes feels like it is failing. Overall, they provide decent benefits, including dental. Good side benefits to motivate physical activity. It is quite a software-based (APIs etc) system though and needs a bigger team to improve functionality. Online GP system works well. Health exams easily booked. Not much to complain. The insurance that rewards you for looking after yourself

Our family has been with Vitality for around 5 years, and we have several insurance products through them. While we've not had to claim for anything to date - which is good in itself; after all insurance is only there for those 'just in case' moments - we've had plenty of use of the benefits that come with this product: free monthly cinema tickets, 50% off trainers once a year, the Peppy Menopause app, the Waitrose cashback (which can amount to a surprisingly high sum per month!), as well as the reimbursement for dental care. There are too many benefits to list here, some of which we've just in addition to those already mentioned, others which we will definitely use in the future. It is also inexpensive to add travel insurance to the health insurance, and the cover is great. I am also really happy with the access to two private doctor appointments per annum at a really cheap price, and the access to the online doctor. Overall, it's a fantastic product that virtually pays for itself over the year - providing, of course, that you keep moving to gain your points! Excellent product. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
