I've been using PayPal for around 10 years and PayPal Credit for ca 5. PayPal credit is by far the cheapest credit product out there after long term 0% credit cards, with the difference being that the 4 month 0% credit seems to stay on forever. This is hugely advantageous for bigger purchases allowing one to spread the cost of a payment over several months. The account is easy to manage. The only criticism I have is that when one makes a payment it can take 5-6 days before the monies get take nout of the account; I have spoken to PayPal about this and they say it's always the bank's fault, but I do not think this is hte case. I think this is how PayPal is able to charge fees to their customers as £12 is charged if there are not sufficient funds in the account when the payment comes out. I am confused how every other bank (and I am with a large number of them) is able to confirm a transaction within minutes, but for PayPal it takes 5-6 days. It doesn't computer. However, aside from this the product offering is great. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

In this past insurance year I have gone through a very serious health issue. Vitality have approved all my specialists, sometimes within minutes, having gone over and beyond to provide me with expert health at what was a very difficult time for me and my family. Insurance is something we have, not because we want to use it, but for that often surprise, perhaps catastrophic moment, when we need it; I am so greatful to Vitality for their part in getting me to see the specialists that I needed. The insurance that rewards you for looking after yourself

5
Our family has been with Vitality for around 5 years, and we have several insurance products through them. While we've not had to claim for anything to date - which is good in itself; after all insurance is only there for those 'just in case' moments - we've had plenty of use of the benefits that come with this product: free monthly cinema tickets, 50% off trainers once a year, the Peppy Menopause app, the Waitrose cashback (which can amount to a surprisingly high sum per month!), as well as the reimbursement for dental care. There are too many benefits to list here, some of which we've just in addition to those already mentioned, others which we will definitely use in the future. It is also inexpensive to add travel insurance to the health insurance, and the cover is great. I am also really happy with the access to two private doctor appointments per annum at a really cheap price, and the access to the online doctor. Overall, it's a fantastic product that virtually pays for itself over the year - providing, of course, that you keep moving to gain your points! Excellent product. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Going potty for pots!

5
Initially I held a business bank account with Monzo, and then a few months ago I also applied for a personal account. I wish I'd done so sooner; this bank account is so user-friendly. Being able to set up pots for various payments makes life so much easier and I can now ensure enough money is set aside for direct debits at all times. I really like how the account data is displayed and switching between the personal and business account is super easy too. Great product which I can see myself doing most of my banking through. Great way to introduce saving (and how to spend) to your child

5
My 8-year-old son has had a HyperJar card for a few months now. Now that he is responsible for his own spending on little bits and bops from his pocket money, it is good to see how he is far more likely to retain the money in his HyperJar, rather than to spend it without much thought. I've been impressed with how easy the card is to use, and the different saving pockets are also really useful. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023
