Bicycle Insurance

Tour de force

I have to admit that I am one of those people who thinks 'do we really need insurance' and that I was actually considering not renewing mine. Then out of nowhere I had a very minor incident which unfortunately led to a disproportionate amount of damage to my Cervelo R5, from that moment on I realised why I have insurance and why I use Yellow Jersey. From my first phone conversation with Patrick it was evident that YJ were incredibly knowledgeable about bikes, and amazingly, for an insurance company, they did not give me the impression that they where going to do all they could to reduce there liability. Once the report was submitted YJ authorised the work straight away, also they were incredibly flexible and allowed me to change parts within the cost. On top of this they even went the extra mile by agreeing to repair some areas of 'wear and tear'! I can not recommend these guys enough. Who needs insurance... everybody that cycles that who! Faultless

I liked the flexibility to choose either an annual or shorter term policy. When I, unfortunately, had to make a claim following an accident I found Yellow Jersey to be helpful and extremely fair when processing my claim. Overall highly recommended. Reviewed on: 16th August 2017

Outstanding alleound service

There is a personal touch with Yellow Jersey which started upon purchasing cover and continued at renewal; this in itself is great but is to be expected. The real evidence of service is later when it's really needed. After having an accident and making a claim the team showed concern for my wellbeing and then immediately alleviated my concerns with regards covering my lossess with no hassle just a friendly person; communication was frequent and accurate at all times, everything was sorted in a very short time and I was back riding and racing - absolutely tremendous levels of cover and service.
