Outstanding alleound service

There is a personal touch with Yellow Jersey which started upon purchasing cover and continued at renewal; this in itself is great but is to be expected. The real evidence of service is later when it's really needed. After having an accident and making a claim the team showed concern for my wellbeing and then immediately alleviated my concerns with regards covering my lossess with no hassle just a friendly person; communication was frequent and accurate at all times, everything was sorted in a very short time and I was back riding and racing - absolutely tremendous levels of cover and service. Hassle free insurance claim for bikes

Yellow Jersey were so helpful throughout the whole process of trying to get my bike fixed, everything was very simple & easy along with fast responses to any questions or concerns I had. Was a little unsure of a couple of things before dealing with the company in regards to their policies. Fast, friendly, reassuring service

After an unfortunate accident on my bike, where I was hit by a car, Yellow Jersey stepped in to get me back on the road. My bike was collected and taken to a local carbon bike specialist where it was extensively surveyed, repaired and resprayed. Yellow jersey transferred money into my bank account to cover the costs of replacement helmet and saddle, both damaged beyond repair in the accident allowing my to choose new for old replacements.
