Simple and efficient

I contacted Yellow Jersey in a panic after a split in my carbon rear wheel 10 days before a trip to Mallorca, they reassured me and guided me through their process which I have to say was so simple. I got my wheel to and back from Holland in a week and notification from Yellow Jersey that the claim was settled. When you compare yellow jersey to most other insurers, the terms and conditions are more relaxed and take everyday situations you might find yourself in into account such as going abroad and securing your bike at the accommodation and transportation conditions are easy to adhere to. Nothing causes more worry for me than traveling and wondering if the worst happened right now, would I still be insured? Friendly, knowledgable staff.

Most people don't bother reading the small print in their home insurance policy which will probably tell you that your bike's not covered when you're riding it. That's where Yellow Jersey come in. They're really friendly and appear to be keen cyclists so they're really knowledgable so you don't have to explain what transition is to a numpty in a call centre abroad. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017
