Outstanding alleound service

There is a personal touch with Yellow Jersey which started upon purchasing cover and continued at renewal; this in itself is great but is to be expected. The real evidence of service is later when it's really needed. After having an accident and making a claim the team showed concern for my wellbeing and then immediately alleviated my concerns with regards covering my lossess with no hassle just a friendly person; communication was frequent and accurate at all times, everything was sorted in a very short time and I was back riding and racing - absolutely tremendous levels of cover and service.
