I have to admit that I am one of those people who thinks 'do we really need insurance' and that I was actually considering not renewing mine. Then out of nowhere I had a very minor incident which unfortunately led to a disproportionate amount of damage to my Cervelo R5, from that moment on I realised why I have insurance and why I use Yellow Jersey. From my first phone conversation with Patrick it was evident that YJ were incredibly knowledgeable about bikes, and amazingly, for an insurance company, they did not give me the impression that they where going to do all they could to reduce there liability. Once the report was submitted YJ authorised the work straight away, also they were incredibly flexible and allowed me to change parts within the cost. On top of this they even went the extra mile by agreeing to repair some areas of 'wear and tear'! I can not recommend these guys enough. Who needs insurance... everybody that cycles that who!
