FAB

We have found Cashplus the ideal Bank for our small Business, so much better then the Big Banks who view small business and quick to close the account . I have just experince this with HSBC where we had an account for a Community group and hold events and and have Collection boxes for YORKSHIRE AIR AMBULANCE in their Wisdom HSBC have closed the Community Group account yet during a 5 year period we have collected well over £1000 for this life saving Charity.. Excellent bank for single person companies

I didn't know the existence of CashPlus until I set myself up as a Ltd company a few years ago. Would never look at any other kind of business account at all. So easy to use, customer service is excellent and I can't find any faults with their cards (UK & Euro - not tried the US one yet due to Covid). Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Good and easy banking

I’m almost 6 months with this bank and its very easy and the best thing I always get notifications 1 day before of my direct debit and they remind me and thats great which is I never forget to payments for my direct debits Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Excellent Customers Service Excellent Bank

Since joining Cashplus back in 2020 I can say I have not had a single problem with there service. When I have had to call them to ask a couple of questions I got straight through to a person with hardly any waiting time, that person was very polite and helpfull. I would definatly recommend Cashplus, in fact I have done it to one of my clients and they switched over!! Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

I would bank on it!

Starting a new business, I didn’t really know what I was doing when it came to the finer details, I knew what I did and the name but no business mind at all! The cash plus app makes my income and outgoings so visibly easy to digest. I get great cash back rewards. I opened a credit card and this process was so easy. I get notifications in advance of when any bills need to be paid so I’m always prepared and in the know! I really appreciate Cashplus services, it’s made my business journey seamless. Horrible service, Horrible bank. RUNAWAY

This bank is horrible. The customer service is rude, non of their managers want to speak to customers, they are taking 4 months to make a mo ey retrieval and no one seems to have an update on that. They keep promising deadlines they never meet and never tell you why. Ive had a horrible experience with this bank and if you dont believe read the reviews. Because i didn't.
