They keep blocking my credit card

I had an old loan with 118. I had some financial issues in the past, so I went on IVA. That was ended last year in September. All problem starred when I asked 118 to update my credit file and close of the old loan account. Once I brought this problem to they attention since then I have sent in 6 different email stating I'm not on IVA. So they should block my card. I waiting for they final response and then refer the case to Financial ombudsman. Because they excuse doesn't wash with me. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Initial balance transfer was fine. After that, trying to get hold of someone in customer services to do a second transfer was impossible. Will never use them again. Reviewed on: 27th May 2023

Just dont....

Never had any issues doing a balance transfer before. But trying 2 different cards to transfer the balance from the outrageously high card to another credit card, just states an error message. They told me there's a possibility the name and address details ain't an exact match. Definitely made that way so it's impossible to make the transfer. So stuck with them now! Cost of living and poor communication
