Difficult to get it card unblocked

If I use the card, I clear it at the end of the month so the comments about high interest dont affect me. Having said that, ive had the card for a couple of years, never gone over my limit, always paid on time - usually clearing it. Never had a limit increase. Biggest issue with them is the random blocking if the card for a potentially fraudulent transaction. Nonproblem with them being overly careful, but when have to spend 90 minutes on their useless chat service to get it unblocked it becomes a problem. Imagine paying in a restaurant and your card is declined? Theyd be charging you rent before you get it resolved. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

They keep blocking my credit card

I had an old loan with 118. I had some financial issues in the past, so I went on IVA. That was ended last year in September. All problem starred when I asked 118 to update my credit file and close of the old loan account. Once I brought this problem to they attention since then I have sent in 6 different email stating I'm not on IVA. So they should block my card. I waiting for they final response and then refer the case to Financial ombudsman. Because they excuse doesn't wash with me. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Initial balance transfer was fine. After that, trying to get hold of someone in customer services to do a second transfer was impossible. Will never use them again. Reviewed on: 27th May 2023

Just dont....

Never had any issues doing a balance transfer before. But trying 2 different cards to transfer the balance from the outrageously high card to another credit card, just states an error message. They told me there's a possibility the name and address details ain't an exact match. Definitely made that way so it's impossible to make the transfer. So stuck with them now!
