Made the effort to construct a bespoke mortgage for a difficult case and helped us through all phases so we were in a position to proceed Was kind enough to grant a 1 month extension when the mortgage deeds became complicated. The best mortgage company ever!

Been with Chorley building society since 2019. They are easy going, so kind to speak to over the phone/email & helpful. Always fast at replying. I have recommended them to many people before. I didn’t have a credit score as such back then as I was only young, but they still accepted me and let me take on a mortgage, their prices of the mortgage I’ve had have been spot on. Really good personalised experience
