Mortgage renewal

Having been a Chorley BS customer for many years while doing up my barn conversion I was very impressed by their friendly approach to my requirements. Every stage made me feel I was part of a small family and not a big national organisation. I would highly recommend Chorley BS if you are looking to change your mortgage or apply for a new one. Excellent customer service!

When I phoned I was immediately put through to a member of the mortgage team (Mark) who was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained my options without any pressure, he also answered my questions straight away in an open and honest way. As always Chorley are fantastic to speak to and have straightforward products without any hidden costs. I’m not very confident with the on line things that you have to complete .. but my contact Mark Rothwell was so helpful. Replied to each email I sent with a question and answered with no waffle .. just to the point. Would 100% recommend dealing with Chorley and Mark in particular. Thankyou. Successful application

We already have a mortgage with Chorley, and have ported it with a slight top-up to a new property. Chorley were very helpful, responded to our queries and change of property and mortgage amount without much delay. They are very traditional and the mortage interviews were a bit long (hence only 4 star), but I don't know how much of this is due to the financial regulations and how much is down to Chorley's working practices.
