Outstanding customer service

It is so refreshing to be able to deal with a financial institution where you can ask for somebody by name and have consistent and efficient service. Chorley have been nothing short of excellent in setting up our new mortgage and responding to subsequent enquiries. When it was time to renew at the end of the fixed rate deal I refused to move provider due to the quality of service and the trust I have in them to do a good job. Great costumer service

Mortgage advisor and Underwriter Kate Shawcross has provided exceptional support for our product review and the extension of our mortgage term. She has been friendly, efficient and answered all of our questions fully and in a timely manor. We also appreciated Kate's flexibility with scheduling phone calls. When we requested longer to make a decision on products she was supportive and happy to reschedule a meeting. Overall great costumer service and a wonderful experience, thanks Kate! I like honesty..
