Excellent Mortgage Provider

Following the recent outbreak, I suffered a substantial loss of earnings as my employer decreased my hours and therefore my income. I contacted the building society to ask what options were available. I was provided with clear advice and there was no confusing jargon. Once I made my decision, it was implemented with immediate effect. I would have expected a slight delay due to a presumed increase in people needing assistance but the customer service remained excellent. I would happily recommend the chorley building society as a mortgage provider. Reviewed on: 17th April 2020
