Really good personalised experience

We have not left Chorley because they are really personalised to us. The underwriters have contacted us personally to check any issues and have always been really helpful. We have not wanted to leave because of this despite other places having a slightly lower rate Reviewed on: 4th March 2024

Brilliant - patient and personalised

Candice was so patient with us and really professional. She was clear and thorough in our application and always clearly explained all of our options. We had a few hiccups along the way unrelated to Chorley (COVID and OFSTED) which delayed us sending information back, and Candice was really patient with us throughout these. Reviewed on: 14th February 2022
