Remortgage

Made the effort to construct a bespoke mortgage for a difficult case and helped us through all phases so we were in a position to proceed Was kind enough to grant a 1 month extension when the mortgage deeds became complicated. Friendly, approachable and dedicated

I found myself going through a protracted divorce quite late in life which resulted in me having to take on the mortgage and move house. The mortgage advisor painstakingly took me through the process and was extremely supportive. Due to some technical issues with the divorce the Branch also came up with workable solutions. Eventually everything was sorted out and I have been in my new house for almost 12 months. Since moving my ported product was due to expire. Arranging for another product could not have been easier. Chorley is the best bank to me better than any bank I have ever had
