Reliable breakdown cover

I always like to have car breakdown cover of some description and I have been with the AA now for about 5 years. It is easy to organise the level of cover that you want and their website is set up clearly so you can easily choose which of the breakdwon services you wan to pay for, from quite a basic level to a fully comprehensive cover. I have had to call them out several times and they always keep you up to date with their progress by texting or calling your mobile which I find helpful. On a less postive side the AA do not offer a discount to regular customers but they do offer a discount to new customers. HOWEVER, when your renewal comes through call them up and ask to renew for the same price as a new customer could join for and you will undoubtedly find them very accomodating. If you don't haggle though this can be a very expensive service after a few years have gone by. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Very Good response time

I once broke down to a battery in my car breaking , AA were quick to get out to me (less than 30 mins) and were very helpful and replaced my battery for me, I Only had to pay for the battery. And they gave me nearly a month to pay for it or I could pay for it in chunks. I loved my time with AA. I'm no longer with them now as my new car insurance doesn't have a deal with them.
