Accessibility is key.

Accessibility is key. Customers can visit the Branch in person. Access accounts on line or telephone the Branch and talk to a person. This credit union is so supportive of savers introducing very sensible initiatives eg school uniform savings, Christmas savings all very important to us. A wonderful asset to the community allowing one to save a little a week and build a contingency fund, and get it if you need it. They are very friendly and helpful to talk to if you need help. Excellent credit union for savers!

Acorn is a great credit union that offers great service. They clearly share information and updates via email and on their website. Online banking simple is simple to use with useful FAQs on a separate page. The friendly and helpful staff over the phone do a brilliant job answering questions and processing transactions.
