I have always the customer service has been very helpful. The fact that you can telephone and talk to a human is refreshing and a satisfying experience. A very efficient and thorough service. Long may it continue. It would be great if there was more than the one branch. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2025

Accessibility is key. Customers can visit the Branch in person. Access accounts on line or telephone the Branch and talk to a person. Whichever way you choose to access your banking procedure, all are quick and efficient. Customer Service assistants are always polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024
