About this product

Adrian Flux is the UK’s largest specialist motor insurance broker but they also offer other types of cover.

Car insurance policies include cover for standard vehicles, kit cars, disabled and learner drivers, classic and high-performance cars.

Adrian Flux also offer general home insurance and cover for holiday, high-value and unoccupied homes as well as subsidence and flood risk.

Other policies include bike and van insurance, cover for motorhomes as well as key care and breakdown cover.

Review of the Adrian Flux, Personal Insurance Broker:

Very untrustworthy

Adrian flux review Appalling service and very untrustworthy company. I don’t normally write reviews but this company is truly awful. I passed my test December last year and started my policy, after the initial larger payment in January I would be paying £138 per month, this was decreased to £124. Weeks later I received a email saying I have a payment overdue of £97, after ringing up they told me not to worry and they’re not sure why I have received this email. I was assured repeatedly I’d be paying the same monthly payments of £124. A day later I received a email saying my monthly payments are increasing to £140, after ringing up again I was told not to worry and my monthly payments would be £124 going forward, I asked repeatedly to make sure this was the case. In feb they took a payment of £124 howver in march they decided that I now pay £140? And going forward I will be paying £140. Chopped and changed my monthly payments and told me different things every time I rang up to ask about it. They also made me feel like I’m arguing over pennies when In fact I’m just trying to understand how my monthly payments are constantly changing. On top of a cost of living crisis it’s a very disgusting company and in my opinion intentionally confuse customers so that they give up asking questions. Specialist insurer that doesn't cost an arm and leg

Reasonable insurance at reasonable prices but it did take me some persistence to get them to get me the best deal for me Reviewed on: 14th September 2019

IMO High Cancellation costs.

Company okay for initial price, never had to claim so cannot comment on that. Their cancellation fees are astronomical. They state certain fees and charges in their T&C's but with a couple of other 1 liners they add in another host of fees, from themselves (commission) and from the original insurer. My Policy was £289 for 12 months. After 28 days of use and all of their fees my refund was £149. Take note and be warned. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

Honest pricing and a service that goes beyond box ticking

I've shopped around and tried most of the big brands out there I always end up going back to Adrian Flux. Their staff know what they are doing they don't make the mistakes all the others make. They understand more specialist vehicles and lease plans. All the other big brands always over promise and under deliver. Flux are honest up front and just get it right that's all I want. I don't need gimics, mer cats or washed up Hollywood actors I need a operator at the end of the phone who knows cars an gets the quote right. Flux do this every time. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Wide range of insurance products

I was looking for a very bespoke commercial motor insurance for the transport of boats and Adrian Flux seem to be the only broker in the country that would even speak to me. They were great although the representative spoke a little too fast at times. Reviewed on: 29th September 2017
