About this product

Aegon offered a Retiready Pension which was withdrawn for new customers from December 2023. For existing customers, it has a maximum service charge of 0.5% per year.

Worst company I've ever dealt with - AVOID

requested a 25% tax free sum two weeks ago, and a drawdown. got an email that my online instructions 'not processed' and I needed to confirm choices. then 100% of my £ moved to a drawdown account and somehow I've ended up with 2 accounts. Personnel cannot confirm anything, no idea re status. Every time I talk to them there is a new problem. An official complaint was raised and now I'm told that only complaints people can sort out what has gone wrong with online instruction. I'm surprised that the financial regulators allows a company like this to exist. they are dealing with peoples' life savings and the level of incompetence is extraordinary. Website inoperative

Customer online investment details has been down for 5 weeks - usual corporate email responses but now taking further. I find it unacceptable that this company have no sense to get the website up and running - appears to be no urgency. Reported this situation this morning rot the financial ombudsman - lots of very expensive but in effective senior management. Should we be concerned? Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Awful company!

Impossible to get hold off.

not customer friendly, it is purely about the interest rate, if the customer wants to pay something off, they will ask a lot of questions, how do you get the money... discrimination, if changes are to the customer's advantage, never inform the customer, if the customer calls Aegon to ask a question, Aegon asks money to answer your question is, in short, disgusting...etc Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
