Website not functioning, so can't organise a fund sw...

Website not functioning, so can't organise a fund switch, the only workaround is post (slow) and they can't organise a transfer statement under a fortnight. Unbelievable and they take hours to answer the phone - in excess of a 40 minute wait not unusual - and no-one knows anything or takes ownership when you get through eventually. Do not give your pension to these people. Reviewed on: 1st May 2025
