My car driven into while stationary, 3 years later and still not settled yet have doubled my monthly payments they simply don’t care, please don’t use these absolute thieves, I’ve had to get the Financial ombudsman involved just to be able to sell my car and go with a different company. Do not use Ageas as you will be disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of a renewal reminder ,I expect insurance companies to prioritize the safety and protection of their customers by ensuring they are properly informed about policy renewals. The failure to send a renewal reminder demonstrates a serious lack of communication and responsibility on Ageas part. I did not receive any notification or reminder regarding the renewal of my policy, which resulted in me unknow... Reviewed on: 8th September 2024
