Had winter storm damage and woke to a leaky roof after high winds and torrential rain. Called these cowboys up only to be told the... Called these cowboys up only to be told the wind wasn't strong enough to cause storm damage and basically it was our fault. Guess I've been looking at the met office wrong all these years these thieving swines are weather experts all of a sudden. Might as well cancel the policy you can't actually claim for anything and they're stealing my money by not providing a service I'm paying for Read more Read less

    Great insurance for older drivers

    Insured my senior parents for their car last year. Very reasonable prices and great cover. Easy to get hold of when insurance transferred to a new car too. Very impressed.

Live chat feature works well and when the bot can't answer a question moves over for an agent to help. I've used the site and chat feature to update vehicle details and check current documents.
