The ageas website is one of the best, easy to navigate and find information about policy - documents and policies are easy to download. Live chat feature works well and when the bot can't answer a question moves over for an agent to help. I've used the site and chat feature to update vehicle details and check current documents.     Super smooth claim process

    My insurance claim was really smooth, I got direct access to a personal claims handler who was my go to contact and was always helpful

    DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS PLEASE!

    My car driven into while stationary, 3 years later and still not settled yet have doubled my monthly payments they simply don’t care, please don’t...     Ageas full stop.

    After shopping around and getting very high prices Ageas were easy, helpful and very reasonably priced with good cover. Always keeping me up to date with information online.
