6 month fixed account

Opened a 6 month fixed account with them, very quick and easy and a good rate of interest. Its a bit annoying that at the end of the term i had to log on online rather than do everything through the app, but the process feels very secure through clear and easy teo factor authentication. Easy to open a deposit account online.

Easy to open a deposit account online. Bank rate was competitive at the time. However, App experience is a bit clunky and needs to improve to match competitors. It feels a bit unprofessional. Over a year ago I was looking to save some of my pension into a savings account with a good rate of interest. I looked into allica bank and researched them as I previously had not heard of them.
