Over a year ago I was looking to save some of my pension into a savings account with a good rate of interest. I looked into allica bank and researched them as I previously had not heard of them. Excellent customer service

I was panicking about an investment I couldn't find and the customer care assistant, James, went out of his way to resolve the problem, even phoning me back after the issue was resolved in order check I was happy and that everything was working as it should be.
