If I could rate below zero I would.

If I could rate below zero I would. Applied to add second car holder, so they asked me to call Fraud protection department. Phoned 1st time 25mins waiting to be told they must be on a meeting (hilarious right?). Phoned next day... Oh sorry they gone home. Phoned 3rd time today. First told there is no trace of this application, then after having a rant about Amex customer service customer rep decided to actually look into it. 28 mins waiting and ... Got disconnected. Amex cash back

Love this credit card. Use it for everyday spending and once a year get a percentage given back of what you’ve spent. Be stupid not to use it. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Just excellent

Exceptionally good service, I have never had a credit card before, having the American Express card and paying it off each month has given me an excellent credit rating, and I’m earning air miles. I cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Great experience

I was in need for a credit card for a while, I found American Express. It was a very good digital application process on the American Express website. It is a very customer-oriented interface, and the approval process was very smooth. Besides, the mobile app is so good and I keep using it for all my needs about my credit card.
