Easy and informative

Excellent clear communications. The App is well designed and easy to navigate. Answers to any queries are easy to find on the App and its intuitive nature means that your time is not wasted and frustration is kept at bay. The product descriptions are interactive and informative and the interest rates have always been competitive. The instant illustration of ‘what you right earn’ is really helpful and it’s not an’example’ figure as you can enter the precise amount you want to invest. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Terrifyingly clever and wonderful banking experience

Seamless digital interaction with market leading products. The ease of use and intuitiveness of the website and app gives you the utmost confidence as the bank as a whole. If you need humans(!), the contact centre team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and have never failed to go the extra mile to resolve a query. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
