Excellent. Quick to call back process made easy

I received a call back very quickly. The advisor went through all our circumstances and requirements and found a very good remortgage for us. The process was easy with uploading documents and there was a very quick turnaround to receiving our mortgage offer. Will definitely use again when my fixed term comes to an end. I worked with Jai and he was great.

I worked with Jai and he was great. He kept checking our offer in the final few months before completion to make sure we were on the best deal. We managed to save a further £100 a month by doing this. We were very happy with the service provided. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Thanks to Better i could keep my home

Better found a mortgage deal to suit my circumstances when both Habito and L&C could not. Steven Blakeway in particular was excellent. After a relationship breakdown, Steven managed to find a product which i could afford including what i needed to loan to buy out my ex. The product considered 100% of additional earnings such as overtime, to enable me to keep my home during a very difficult personal time and during the cost of living crisis. He provided up to 20 product options and submitted at least 5 applications for me over a period of months, plus multiple updates to the offered product as rates changed during a very transient market. Their adverse credit specialists were very helpful in finding me a mortgage. Good comms throughout, even with the unexpected hurdles created by the mortgage company kept me well informed and got the mortgage over the line. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
