Better than Most Brokers

The journey to getting my mortgage started very well, with constant updates and a lot of support and advice. However, when the bank's underwriter started using weird tactics to undermine the process and cause me to lose out, i didnt get the level of help that I gotten used to, suddenly no one was answering my questions, I felt like I was being avoided and i suffered a month's delay making the seller very unhappy. I eventually got to the bottom of the issue and my mortgage was approved. I am not scoring Better.co.uk low despite the negative, because they were really perfect most of the time. Turon helped me get the best product and the process...

Turon helped me get the best product and the process was smooth. Communication was also fantastic. I required a mortgage extension as this was due to other factors out of our hands due to the conveyancing side of things but managed to get completed in the end. I highly recommend this broker. Fantastic service, chose to use them a second time for our remortgage after a really positive experience finding our first mortgage. They suggested the best deals for my partner and me. Everyone weve spoken to is very helpful and we were always informed what we needed in regards to documentation to submit for our mortgage and it was an easy process using the online platform to upload everything required. I also love the fact that all documents were checked before submission just in case we needed something further. We were always updated on the process of our application and any delays. Great team.
