Generally get the information requested and provide the ability to make comparisons between products. It is only not getting excellent because they didn’t come back to me regarding potential to change rates. I got in touch with better when I was buying my first house they were very helpful especially as I didn’t have a clue where to start and I got a 2 year fixed rate, as this recently came to an end again I got in touch with better. I cannot say a bad word about them all the people I have spoken to have been very nice and helped if I didn’t understand something. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
