Staff have always been friendly, polite and helpful, and what a surprise on being out of lockdown, to do a trip over 220miles to find I only pay for the first 150miles! Excellent value. Reviewed on: 8th August 2021

How Insurance Should Be

This is how insurance policy's should be, its like I have a smart meter for my car insurance policy, I pay for what I use , its fair, reasonable and justifiable, I won't be going anywhere else , Always mention bymiles to friends , family and others Customer service is polite, friendly and exceptional App is second to none and the best with all its features , show miles you've drove, a tracker and car medic , what else can you ask for, its amazing it really is , I won't go anywhere else and I think others feel the same Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

Ok but expensive

I would highly recommend this insurance to any friends and family but the only issue is that the initial fee is too expensive and most people never make a claim and it’s unlikely they would pay for the high fee.
