Have been with ByMiles for 3 years now with no intention of changing. Their service is excellent, their prices are more than fair, and whenever I have needed to contact them it's straightforward and easy. In my 50+ years of driving I have never experienced a better, fairer and more helpful car insurance. It's pay by the mile is good value and a cap for long journeys improves it still further. In addition their app also provides a built-in car 'clinic' and a journey estimator. How good is that! Reviewed on: 17th August 2025

By Miles is an amazing innovation in car insurance especially for someone like me who has an old car and doesn't drive much - I don't have to pay high premiums anymore but still have adequate coverage for what I need! And By Miles appreciates repeat customers by offering a bit of a discount, unlike RAC who I was with for many years (with no claims!) and who could have cared less that I was changing to another company.
