This company helped me realise how many unnecessary journeys I have been making . Any queries I've had were dealt with quickly and efficiently . I have renewed for another year because my quote was lower this year . You can also top up your miles if you need to . They send details of the miles used so you can keep on top of your expenditure. Innovative new way to insure your car.

This is my first year using by miles and I love it, I completely different experience to any other insurance provider. With others all I've done is paid then waited a year to renew or change but with by miles I often use the innovative app to keep record of my usage and get to see each of my monthly statements for these reasons I have given 5 stars and would definitely recommend to friends however I have had to leave customer service as neutral but only because of the reason I haven't had to use customer service yet but surely that's a good thing!
