Best car insurance around

I love By Miles car insurance. I love the app too, to show me where I’ve driven and what the costs by miles were and I feel good about not making unnecessary journeys because it’s more environmentally friendly and budget friendly too. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

I am so happy l joined your insurance. I have saved more more than half of the amount l was spending on car insurance.

Great all round experience

The tracker is easy to install and the app is great, you can track your mileage and get notifications on your miles per journey, but you can switch these off at any time in the app; other notifications include possible charges on your journey and if your car battery is low. It tells you if you are on track for a refund at the end of the year. The app also has features such as health check, because it plugs into the same diagnostic port that your garage would use to diagnose any faults. It also features estimate my journey, you just enter each postcode and it will tell you. Also being a tracker it has a find my car feature. You can also refer friends and family in the app for 100 miles of free credit! I highly recommend it if you are a low mileage user Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022

Good app but replies are pretty slow and customer service is very blunt

The perfect insurance for urban drivers

As someone living in London, my car is a luxury and a convenience for the family, one which I'll regularly skip to walk, ride or take the train, so paying only when I do actually use it is a great solution for our family. Car insurance done differently!

Easy and affordable.
