Best banking experience ever

I was sceptical at first but I was soon convinced that moving to Chase was a good idea. It is perfect and so easy to deal with. Top marks! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great bank account

I like the 1% cash back on most of my spending and the linked round-up savings. I also found it useful to have free overseas spending while on holiday. There have been very few problems with my bank account so I have rarely contacted the customer service team, but when I did they were well informed and happy to explain things and deal with issues quickly. I use Chase as my everyday spending account as I get 1% cash back if I deposit enough the previous month to qualify. It also rounds up my transactions and gives me a good interest rate on the rounded up amounts.
