Best banking experience for 30 years!

Everything works well and efficiently. The app does all it should - and I like the extra touches, the notifications when money goes in and out, and the ability to save and round up purchases. The customer service is a delight: available 24/7, no long waits and informed staff who can genuinely be of help. Best experience I’ve had since first direct entered the market in the early 1990s. Love this bank account

This bank account is very easy to use reliable and also give you the option to round of your spending which I like because you can save some money while you spend. Love the idea that they give you 1% on everything you spend it soon adds up. Transferring money from savings account and topping up money is instant.I had very good experience with contacting Chase when I had any enquiries they were very helpful and polite.
