Awesome Customer Experience with great benefits

Chase bank offer some great benefits such as 1% cashback on all spending. There are some exceptions but they’re all quite niche so I find I get cashback on all my transactions. The customer service is great a seamless. I had a question and used the support section in the app - someone called me right away and was really helpful in answering the question. Offers for existing customers

Chase increased interest rates on my savings account as the BoE increased rates, and recently, as my introductory offers begin to expire, offered a new cash back deal. I also love the fee free international transactions when on holiday and the roundup savings account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
