Yep... recommended to Family and Friends

Apart from having to do the work to move my direct debits which actually was not a bad thing as it meant that old DD were not carried across, I am really happy with this account and this is speaking as a 30+ year customer of Lloyds Bank who never thought she would move. If you have savings... just move to them, you dont have to use the current account for your main banking but they just beat the big banks hands down on interest rates paid to customers and when changes happened to the rates, they react really quickly to pass this onto the customer. Customer service has also been excellent when I have had any queries and answered promptly and quickly. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

My first banking app & it's great

I've resisted banking apps but then along came Chase. It's so easy to navigate and I get 1% cashback on all my spending as well as 5% on my round-up account. My favourite thing is that as soon as I spend on my card, I get a message on my phone. So if I lose my card & someone uses it - I'll know straight away & freeze it - brilliant! As a bonus the Savings rate of 3% beats most other banks & building societies' rates!! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
