I've been with Chase for a couple of years now.....

I've been with Chase for a couple of years now, it's turned out to be a great decision. Firstly they offered a decent savings rate, they answer the phone with hardly any delay and just a couple of days ago my debit card and several others I know were attacked by Jet Frog. Everyone had their card put on hold and a new replacement one sent out. But...... because my Chase Card has it's details held virtually they simply updated them, lifted the bar and bingo, I was in business within hours with a new number, expiry date and cvc number all done through the App. Superb. Like a bit of fresh air!

First Bank to offer decent savings interest rates, plus cashback on the Card and easy and quick to talk to on the phone. Brilliant! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
