Life Changing

I’ve been a Chase bank customer since January 2022 and it was the best move I could have made. Despite the current economic climate my finances are in the best position they’ve been since 2008. The Chase app, rewards and round up have made a huge difference to my life and it’s so easy to use. The savings accounts are also brilliant with the automatic increase in interest rates without even needing to “chase” them! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Always there when needed

I’ve had a few occasions to need help and I cannot believe how quickly they respond, either by message or even talking to a human being. This is customer service that no other company comes close to, but all companies should aspire to, unbeatable service. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Slick Banking Made Easy

Better than main street banks

Applied for a account with a well known branch if banks to be messed about for weeks even tho I had all the correct paperwork and id. Chase saved the day. Such a great banking service. Set up account in less than 30 mins. Great deals with chase bank plus cash back etc. One of the best if not the best bank by far (chase) and I've had other accounts over 20 years but will be closesing them and staying with chase Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
