Chase has invested in a brilliant App. It's easy to use and view your balances and purchase information. Chase offer great customer service. I received an immediate response when I ever I experienced issues from an advisor whose first language was not a barrier to comprehension. Simple, clean, and user friendly

I had initial problems setting up the account. However, once it was open, it was a breeze using. I enjoy the simplicity. I get really frustrated with banks that incorporate all sorts of fancy and unnecessary rewards, that changes every other month.
