Very professional almost immediate response with a human voice.

It is such a pleasant surprise when Chase answer your queries almost immediately alleviating any anxiety or stress. What is most hateful with other companies is when they say "our agents are very busy pls hold your call is important to us" - what stuff and nonsense - it is inefficient, under-resourced, unprofessional which you do NOT get with Chase. The Best of Banking

I can't fault Chase Banking app at all. It's usefulness for organising and managing your money is excellent. You can see at a glance how and where you spend your money and receive alerts every time a purchase is made. I love the round-up feature when you shop and the percentage rate offered on savings.
