Easy does it!

Easy to open, easy to keep tabs on, easy to use. Amazingly quick to let you know what you spent and where so if you're sitting at home and find out you just spent £500 in Tesco you'd know straight away that there was an issue!! Clear, easy to use app accessing a well thought out system.

A good package from Chase offering an easy to use, quick app to access a site offering some extremely good accounts - current and savings. One of the best options is to be able to immediately open extra accounts that you can rename to help organise your finances and to link your debit card to any of these accounts, immediately! No tedious waiting on a phone and then having to wait several days for a new account to be opened. Plus the advantage on cashback on purchases, interest on the Current accounts and even better interest on the savings accounts - it all adds up to the best current account that I hold at present and is slowly replacing my other accounts. So easy and user-friendly

Chase is the first truly on-line bank I have used and I have been absolutely delighted with it. It’s interface is user-friendly and the link with the savings account means I can transfer money from savings (with a good rate of interest) to current even if I have been fight short at the till. After registering & having the account setup all swimmingly fine since..

The process can be a little delayed in having the account set up but once completed the user interface is intuitive & easy to use along with great rates and helpful "customer service" personnel that are knowledgeable, polite and helpful also. As well as having some of the best "Interest rates" going for saving and current accounts. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Account integration

I~ find the app very user friendly with none of the restrictions of the main 4 bankls - very refreshing that you are not hampered by dumb solutions asking if you want to send money to an account you keep sending money too. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
