Had a problem with a payment and had to phone.

Had a problem with a payment and had to phone. Almost instant pickup and they allayed fears and fixed it. (Wish others answered phones that quickly). 1% cash back providing cash incentive that few banks can match (Maybe Kroos interest on current account might offer more - but its dead easy in Chase APP to move money to savings and back. Also get disaply from Nutmeg investments in same place. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Expensive rates

Very happy with Chase

Opened an account with Chase before a trip abroad, following a recommendation on the MoneySavingExpert website for accounts with no fees for foreign spending. Started using it more and more on my return as I liked the app and the ability to organise money into different accounts. Now much prefer it to my 'main' account with another bank. It had a good opening interest rate on the savings account too, although that offer has now finished. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

good for consumptions

I have only been using Chase Bank for half a year, but it is really good. The reward mechanism is very practical and it can help me round up quickly. Payments are a pain

They just keep blocking transactions saying they are fraudulent and it just gets very irritating. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Chat function is useless and the app has flaws

I am surprised by the amount of positive reviews with this bank as I have had the total opposite. I had a problem with my Chase app not showing location details however I was passed around by 'agents' for hours with no intention to direct me to a specialist who could look into this. I am disappointed by the way I was treated and after a complaint I was not provided a solution to the issue and instead said I should contact the Ombudsman. This has put me off Chase for the timebeing. Reviewed on: 6th April 2025
