All The Sizzle but Very Little Steak

All the fancy marketing and eye-catching headline rates hold little sway when you need some good, old-fashioned customer service, and that's where with Chip, there is very little to be had. All interaction is pushed via the in-app messaging feature which turns out to be just a 'bot telling you to expect a response in around 2 days. In today's always-on world of electronic finance, that simply is not good enough. Add this to a busy interface that obfuscates the simple tasks, Chip becomes a hard "pass" from me. Would recommend chip.

I havent really had experience with customer service but that is because I havent had any issues. The app is easy to use and I like how easy it is to transfer money from other bank accounts in to chip. I would personally recommend chip. Reviewed on: 28th February 2024
