Great agents, mediocre contact methods.

Speedy process, however there are some gaps in the service provided. The colleagues were helpful when I could get hold of them however, I struggled to make contact via the number provided. The online link also states that there is a live chat function but this is non existent. Most of the contact was on agents' terms, even when I was asked to respond to a text message I never received a response. This does not take away from the agents that supported me. They were exceptional, especially Andrew. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026
