Top customer service and a top savings rate!

Chip have consistently offered the best easy-access rate over the past year, and whenever I have an issue, I can easily get it resolved via the app; either by a bot, or by a real person! Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Outstanding App and banking experience

Efficient multi-option savings platform

Autosave works well to skim money from my current account into a competitive savings account, while the range of BlackRock Stocks and Shares ISAs and other investment options are easy to understand and use, with clear information. The app is incredibly easy to use, with quick and simple access, security and transactions, and is being enhanced regularly, e.g. with time-variable graphs.
