Accident dealt with amazingly, even when the first repairer started messing around. All sorted no hassle. Insurance for new vehicle at change over, just at renewal date dealt with seamlessly. Been with Comfort ever since I bought a campervan - by far the best price for my first year (no second vehicle or NCB) and have been competitive with pricing at renewal. Have been helpful when you call - no waiting on hold for ages and can speak to knowledgeable people, queries always answered easily.
